We consign your furniture, antiques, home accessories and custom window treatments. Our consignment fee is 50% of the selling price. After a price is agreed upon, your item is here for a total of 90 days. If the item doesn’t sell in the first 30 days, it is reduced by 15%, and will be reduced again by 15% at 60 days. At 90 days your item will be available to pick up or we will donate it (at your request).
All items must be ready for the floor. In other words, CLEAN and POLISHED (yes, that means your silver!) and in good condition – no tears, stains, etc.
Additionally, items need to be of a current style – for example, outdated color schemes are hard to sell. We will respectfully decline any item that we don’t think we can sell. Also, if you bring in an antique or rare item, please bring any available information to help us price your item or that might be of interest to a prospective customer. Our customers love stories!
We do not accept mattresses or box springs and we are very selective about rugs, sofas and light fixtures. Art prints need to be nicely framed and not faded.
We welcome photos of large items for approval. They can be brought by or e-mailed to the above address. Since our space is limited, we will be selective. Feel free to bring small items any time during business hours. We look forward to doing business with you!
